No-Churn Strawberry Ice Cream

Equipment

  • Handheld mixer or Stand mixer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 bottle/ 370 grams strawberry preserves set aside about 2 tbsp for the swirl
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  • Mix the preserves & cream
  • Add the strawberry preserves and heavy whipping cream to the bowl of a stand mixer.
  • Whip together
  • Whip until the mixture thickens into soft, creamy peaks. Be careful not to over-mix.
  • Add a tiny pinch of salt and gently fold it in.
  • Freeze
  • Transfer to a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • Scoop & enjoy!
  • Serve in a bowl or cone for a creamy, dreamy strawberry treat. 🍓
