Pumpkin Cupcakes in Carmel Pumpkin Butter

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tsp pumpkin spice

Wet Ingredients

  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 300 g pumpkin puree
  • 90 g vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla paste
  • 100 g caramel pumpkin butter from Williams Sonoma or you can buy it anywhere it's available

Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting

  • ½ block cream cheese softened
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • Splash of vanilla if you like
  • Caramel sauce homemade or store bought + Sea Salt for topping.
