Pumpkin Cupcakes in Carmel Pumpkin Butter

- 200 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tsp pumpkin spice
Wet Ingredients
- 250 g brown sugar
- 300 g pumpkin puree
- 90 g vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla paste
- 100 g caramel pumpkin butter from Williams Sonoma or you can buy it anywhere it's available
Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting
- ½ block cream cheese softened
- 1 stick butter softened
- 200 g powdered sugar
- Splash of vanilla if you like
- Caramel sauce homemade or store bought + Sea Salt for topping.
